My 7 month old was awoken by the alarm clock in our room that went off at 5am!! Then again at 6am from another room that was not occupied for 2 hours. At 8am the housekeepers were knocking on doors loudly saying “housekeeping” over and over. This was not a restful or relaxing stay after a 9 hour drive. When I brought up these issues to the women working on the front desk, she replied “sorry that happened” and “those dang housekeepers”. What a waste of my Hilton honor points! Disappointing!

The hotel was nice. Great location. Not too far a drive for food or shopping. I didn’t use anything at the hotel other than the laundry. I was disappointed when I was loading up my car this morning at checkout to see one of their employees parking in the diamond parking when she pulled in for work. You always wonder when you pull in who parks there. But otherwise, from desk staff and housekeeping were great!!

We stayed 3 nights and were pleased with our room and the location. The staff were less than friendly especially in the breakfast area. The food was not hot . Overall good stay and we will go back.

Extremely convenient location, right off the interstate. Quick check-in, friendly staff, complimentary bottles of water, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and quick check-out. Affordable prices and wonderful stay. Cannot ask for anything better. Always enjoy staying at Hampton Inns.

My family and I checked in on the 22nd and from the time we got there it was a problem. The front desk person was very rude upon checking in and the normal breakfast person was rude as well. I was eaten up by bed bugs the first night and we had to change rooms. Overall the stay was horrible. Only one front desk person was friendly and I can't remember his name but I'm sure everyone knows who he is. Will never be staying there again and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else to stay. My arm finally went down from swelling but I have horrible scars on it now. If y'all are 4star I would really love to see 5star. Want to say more but don't feel it's worth it

After staying in the Marriot Courtyard in Monroe last visit to the area, this seemed like a 5 star hotel. Big rooms, reasonably friendly front desk staff, all the amenities were available. Hotel was clean, and looked new.
